1. Shipping Destinations
- We deliver to all UK mainland addresses (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland) and selected offshore regions (Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey).

- No PO boxes or parcel lockers—furniture requires a physical address with space for courier unloading.
- No international shipping—our furniture meets UK safety standards but may not comply with other countries’ regulations.
2. Shipping Costs
Costs vary by product size and destination (mainland UK prices below; remote/offshore surcharges added at checkout):

- Small desks (≤60cm width): £8.99 standard shipping, £14.99 express shipping.
- Large desks (>60cm width): £12.99 standard shipping, £19.99 express shipping.

- Small cabinets (≤80cm height): £9.99 standard shipping, £15.99 express shipping.
- Large cabinets (>80cm height): £14.99 standard shipping, £20.99 express shipping.

- Toddler beds: £16.99 standard shipping, £24.99 express shipping.
- Small single/single beds: £19.99 standard shipping, £29.99 express shipping.
Free Shipping: Available on orders over £150 (e.g., a bed + toy cabinet) to mainland UK—automatically applied at checkout.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (mainland UK); 5–7 business days (remote/offshore).
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (mainland UK only—orders must be placed before 12:00 PM GMT to qualify).
- Processing Time: All orders take 1–2 business days to process (e.g., inspecting bed slats, packing desk hardware) before shipping.
You’ll receive a tracking link and 2-hour delivery window (for beds/desks) via email once your order ships. Couriers deliver Monday–Saturday (8:00 AM–8:00 PM)—no Sunday deliveries.
4. Packaging & Delivery Requirements
- Packaging: Furniture is packed with child-safe materials (no sharp edges, non-toxic tape) and labeled with “Fragile—Handle with Care.” Beds include separate boxes for frames, slats, and guardrails; desks/cabinets have foam padding for corners.

Delivery Requirements:
- Someone over 18 must be present to sign for delivery (required for furniture safety).
- Couriers will unload furniture at your building entrance (e.g., a front door)—they do not carry items up stairs unless you select our “White Glove Delivery” add-on (see below).
5. Shipping Add-Ons
- White Glove Delivery (£39.99): Available for mainland UK—couriers deliver furniture to your child’s room, remove packaging, and assemble basic items (e.g., toddler beds, small desks). Email sass_wholes_3l@icloud.com to add this service after ordering.
- Assembly Service (£49.99): Our team of trained assemblers will build your furniture (beds, desks, cabinets) to ensure safety (e.g., securing bed guardrails correctly). Available for mainland UK—book at checkout or via email.
6. Shipping Issues & Resolution
- Damaged in Transit: Report damage within 48 hours of delivery via email (include photos of the furniture and packaging). We’ll send a replacement part or new product for free—no return required for small items.
- Lost Orders: If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, we’ll file a claim with the courier. Once confirmed lost, we’ll ship a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping fees).
- Missed Delivery: If you miss delivery, the courier will leave a card to reschedule. You can also reschedule via the tracking link—we offer 3 free rescheduling attempts; additional attempts cost £9.99.
